Heatlay's standard uncoupling heating mats have the heating wire sandwiched between two thin, extra tough, textile layers providing protection for the wire and at the same time being the thinnest (1/8") of any heating mat products. This low profile reduces or eliminates the uncomfortable difference between room to room floor height which is especially of concern if you use a mobility aid for walking. They are the easiest of any floorwarming product to install and are sold in sqare or rectangular shapes that are ready to install out of the box; no cutting folding or field fitting required!
Competitively priced at or below loose cable or mesh systems they are the best choice for the DIY'er or the cost concious contractor. They are suitable for any indoor floorwarming application, most often used under tile or laminate flooring in bathrooms, kitchens, foyers, laundry roooms, bedrooms and basements. ETL certified and TCNA tested.
